Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics will define how Lola measures marketing impact and ensures every marketing dollar is guided by defensible evidence and continuously optimized to maximize ROI and growth.
We're looking for a rigorous, commercially minded analyst who can bring our attribution, incrementality, and MMM results into one system for budget decisions. Reporting directly to the VP, Growth, you'll be the analytical partner to Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Ecommerce, and a key voice in planning and forecasting with Finance and BizOps.
Core Responsibilities
Measurement Strategy & Triangulation
- Own Lola's marketing measurement framework, bringing multi-touch attribution, incrementality tests, and media mix modeling into one triangulated view of channel impact.
- Define how we measure success by channel and across the business: new customers, CAC, marginal CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin, with clear standards everyone uses.
- Calibrate attribution against incrementality and MMM results so channel owners have trusted, current targets and guardrails.
- Own the vendor relationship with MMM and MTA partners , including model inputs, validation, refresh cadence, and turning outputs into budget recommendations.
Experimentation & Incrementality
- Build and run Lola's incrementality testing program across paid channels, lifecycle, and offline media (geo-holdouts, conversion lift, on/off tests, matched markets).
- Set experiment design standards, including power, sample size, test duration, and read-out templates, and keep a test log the whole team learns from.
- Support Ecommerce and Lifecycle with A/B test design and analysis for site, offer, and journey tests.
- Measure the impact of brand and upper-funnel investment (CTV, OOH, retail store openings) on branded search, site traffic, and new customer acquisition.
Budget Allocation, Forecasting, & Planning
- Build marginal-return curves by channel and recommend where the next dollar should go to drive incremental margin.
- Partner with Finance and BizOps on new customer and revenue forecasting, scenario planning, and the annual and quarterly marketing budget.
- Model promotional and seasonal economics (e.g. Christmas in August, BFCM) before and after key moments.
- Partner with Lifecycle and BizOps on cohort analysis, repeat purchase, and LTV by channel, offer, and first product, and feed those insights back into acquisition targets.
Reporting, Data, & Tools
- Own the weekly growth scorecard and performance reporting for the VP, Growth and leadership team, with clear commentary on what moved and why.
- Partner with BizOps and Data Engineering on data quality, pipelines, and definitions across Shopify, ad platforms, Northbeam, Klaviyo, and the data warehouse.
- Set standards for tracking, UTMs, and conversion events with channel owners.
- Explore how AI and automation can speed up analysis, anomaly detection, and reporting.
Cross-functional Partnership & Communication
- Serve as the analytical partner to Paid Media, Lifecycle, Ecommerce, Brand, Finance, and BizOps, aligning teams around shared metrics and decision rules.
- Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership, including the tradeoffs and confidence behind each.
- Manage measurement vendors and partners (attribution, MMM, testing tools), including scope and contracts.
- Opportunity to build and lead a small analytics team as the function scales.
This role reports to our VP, Growth. Preference for candidates who can be hybrid in our offices in either New York or Utah.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or marketing science at a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer business.
- Hands-on experience designing and reading incrementality tests (geo-holdouts, lift studies, matched markets) and applying causal inference methods.
- Working knowledge of multi-touch attribution (Northbeam or equivalent) and media mix modeling, including how to reconcile them when they disagree.
- Strong command of DTC unit economics: CAC, marginal CAC, LTV, cohort payback, and contribution margin.
- Advanced SQL and Excel / Google Sheets; Python or R for statistical modeling; experience with a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar).
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, and Klaviyo data.
- Proven ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
