The opportunity

CPQ is in a once in a generation replacement cycle. Over the next 12 to 24 months, the fastest growing AI companies are rebuilding their revenue stacks, and Dealops is the CPQ they’re picking. As our founding AE, You’ll own every deal end to end, sell to CFOs and RevOps leaders at the hottest AI companies, and write the playbook the next hires follow.

This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office.

What you’ll own

• The full cycle. Outbound, first call, demo, negotiation, signature. Yours.

• The playbook. What works gets written down and becomes how we sell.

• Complex deals. RevOps, Finance, Sales and Legal all in one buying group. You run the room.

• The feedback loop. What you hear from buyers goes straight to Product and Engineering.

• Expansions. Our customers grow fast and add teams, products and regions. You land them and grow them.

What makes you a fit

• 3–5 years of experience in a quota-carrying AE role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI startup

• Proven record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals ($50K-100K+ ACV)

• Fluent in enterprise motions: mutual action plans, multi threading, MEDDPICC, exec dinners

• Hunter mentality. You’d rather build pipeline than wait for it

• Excited by early stage ambiguity and pace. You thrive building from zero with a team around you

• Bonus: you’ve sold into Finance or GTM orgs
