We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Ridgefield, Washington. Run regional routes across the Northwest and beyond while earning competitive hourly pay, overtime, and a weekly home reset.

This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active on the job. Freight is dry, and drivers unload trailers using rollers at customer locations.

Pay & Earnings

• Average weekly pay: $2,007
• Top weekly pay: $2,579
• Average annual earnings: $104,371
• Top annual earnings: $134,155
• Hourly pay based on experience:
• • 0–48 months: $29–$30.50 per hour
  • 49–200 months: $31 per hour
• Safe and on-time bonus

Schedule & Home Time

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Typically 2–4 loads per week
• Approximately 3–4 stops per load
• Day and night shifts available
• Days off vary based on freight demand
• Holiday periods may involve less time off

Regional routes through:

• Washington
• Oregon
• Idaho
• Montana
• Utah
• Northern California
• Dedicated Dollar Tree deliveries
• Dry freight
• Hands-on unloading using rollers

Equipment & Parking

• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• 53-foot dry van trailers
• Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience 
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
• Reliable and safety-focused
