Hands-On Regional Driving | $83K Average Annual Pay | Dollar Tree Dedicated Fleet

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for its dedicated Dollar Tree account in West Memphis, Arkansas. Run regional routes across the South and Midwest, earn competitive mileage and stop pay, and enjoy weekly home time.

This is a touch-freight position for drivers who prefer an active role. You’ll unload freight at customer locations using roto-carts and lift gates.

Pay & Earnings

• Average weekly pay: $1,600
• Top weekly pay: $1,800
• Average annual earnings: $83,200
• Top annual earnings: $93,600
• Compensation includes mileage and stop pay

Schedule & Home Time

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Around three loads per week
• Approximately three stops per load

• Texas
• Oklahoma
• Tennessee
• Arkansas
• Louisiana
• Mississippi
• Missouri
• Kentucky
• Illinois
• Alabama
• Dedicated Dollar Tree freight
• Dry freight with hands-on unloading using roto-carts and lift gates

Equipment & Parking

• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• 53-foot dry van trailers
• Drivers must have a safe, secure place to park the truck at home or nearby

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience 
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
• Reliable and safety-focused
