Dedicated Regional Flatbed Route-High Paying | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are actively hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional flatbed account operating out of Cambridge, Ohio. Deliver premium metal framing products across an 11-state region, enjoy no-touch unloads with take-home equipment, and maximize your earnings with a massive sign-on bonus and weekly pay guarantees!

Pay & Bonuses

Average Yearly Earnings: $107,029 per year

Weekly Pay Guarantee: $1,687.00 minimum per week (for the first 10 weeks)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 limited-time sign-on bonus

Quarterly Retention Bonus: $1,000 per quarter

Per-Mile Rate: $0.67 per mile

Activity & Extra Pay Rates:

Strapping Pay: $20.00 per load (Strap only — NO tarping!)

Stop Pay: $19.00 per stop

Detention Pay: $25.00 per hour

6th Day Working Bonus: $100.00

New Hire Training / Holiday Pay: $325.00 – $330.00 per day

Safety Training: $20.00 per hour

Schedule & Home Time Home Time: Weekly home time

Operating Area: Regional routes covering New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Ohio

Routes, Freight & Equipment Details Account Type: Dedicated flatbed distribution (Telling Industries account out of Cambridge, Ohio)

Route Structure: Pick up loads at the Cambridge, Ohio yard and deliver to customers or job sites across the regional operating area (multi-stop loads).

Freight Handling:

No driver unload!

Responsible for strapping loads before departure and re-strapping/unstrapping at delivery sites (No tarping required).

Drivers call receivers ahead of time to confirm ETAs.

Equipment & Domicile:

Take truck home during time off (no slip seating).

Flatbed trailer equipment. (Flatbed certification required/provided; previous flatbed experience preferred).

On-site manager dedicated to the account.
