Local Home Delivery & Installation Specialist

We are looking for Delivery & Installation Specialists in Poway, California. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will deliver and set up appliances, furniture, and fitness equipment. You will be home every day and your earnings grow with your activity.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average $60,000 per year ($1,153.85 per week)
• $0.38 - $0.44 per mile plus $7.12 - $8.75 per stop
• Paid online orientation and 3–4 weeks of paid training

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily
• Monday–Friday, with Saturday work available in peak season
• Start time between 5 AM and 7 AM
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Local routes within 250 miles of San Diego, CA

Routes & Freight

• Help load the truck at the warehouse
• Deliver appliances, furniture, and fitness equipment to homes and businesses
• Unload and install items on site
• Multiple deliveries per day
• Some multi-family sites require carrying items up to 5 flights of stairs

Equipment

• Straight truck
• Uniforms provided

Requirements:

• CDL A required
• 3 months trucking experience required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to lift 50 lbs and move heavier items with proper tools and a team
• Experience with dollies, liftgates, and pallet jacks
• Ability to use tools and follow installation instructions
• Able to read, speak, and understand English
• Steel-toe footwear required
