We're looking for someone who wants to take on new challenges by establishing policies and planning optimal solutions for creators and viewers, as we build a media platform unlike any other.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic planning and management of the entire product portfolioSetting the strategy and roadmap for the product that aligns with the company’s visionDefining and monitoring company OKRs and managing to achieve set goalsLeading the entire global product management team, motivating them to achieve continuous improvement in the fieldPlanning and managing products based on optimized user experienceIdentifying and developing talented individuals with high potentials
QualificationsMinimum 15+ years of IT product management experienceMinimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a global environmentSolid knowledge and understanding of content/digital media platforms and technologiesExperience and understanding of media-related partnershipsExperience with video-based services and platforms and business achievement experienceCommunication skills in English and Korean to communicate with management, employees and peers
Preferred QualificationsExperience in launching new services for a global audienceStrong understanding of the creator economy and ecosystemAble to communicate and work in KoreanThose who can flexibly respond to rapidly changing environment
