About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional, action-oriented professional to serve as a key partner to a high-level executive managing multiple complex business transitions and ventures. This unique role is not for someone seeking a traditional assistant position. You will work side-by-side with the executive to extend their capacity, drive results, and solve problems in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Who You Are:
You are highly efficient, solution-driven, and thrive under pressure. You are not intimidated by ambiguity, can independently drive tasks to completion, and are unafraid to challenge ideas respectfully when needed. You have a strong backbone, excellent judgment, and the ability to prioritize and execute effectively with minimal oversight.

You should bring a balance of financial acumen and scientific or technical understanding. Ideally, you have experience with capital markets, financial modeling, and investor relations, combined with strong presentation and communication skills. You are an initiative-taking network builder and resource finder who is comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as a trusted thought partner and operational extension of the executive
• Manage and organize multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
• Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and financial models
• Conduct market research and prepare executive-level materials
• Source, connect, and consult with contacts, clients, and potential partners
• Support capital markets activities and financing initiatives
• Help build and maintain business networks
• Always maintain confidentiality and integrity
• Bring initiative-taking solutions and anticipate needs

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Background or experience in capital markets, finance, or investment banking preferred
• Scientific or technical knowledge is a strong plus
• High integrity, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
• Fast-paced, do-er mentality with a focus on execution
• Ability to cold call, sell ideas, and foster relationships
• Local presence is highly preferred but not mandatory for the right fit
