To strengthen our team in Poland, we are looking for a motivated and committed Sourcing Specialist.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for selecting products and suppliers for MAG45 based on the relevant category strategies and customer requirements. You will identify product needs and initiate the procurement process to ensure that MAG45 secures the supply of products and services under optimal conditions in terms of quality, cost, logistics and technology.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting sourcing activities, either independently or in specific areas, for projects across the various stages of our business.

• Negotiating with suppliers to achieve quality, delivery and cost targets.

• Working closely with the Category Manager to analyse global purchasing volumes, identify opportunities to improve quality and value for money, and ensure the availability of all products within the relevant category.

• Managing contracts and supplier relationships.

• Conducting supplier audits and visits, as well as supporting certifications and performance evaluations to develop and continuously optimise our supplier base.

• Supporting the Quotation Desk with sourcing activities for major customer quotations and expanding sales and price lists.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• A successfully completed bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production Engineering or a comparable field.

• Several years of professional experience (4–7 years) in an international environment, ideally in procurement and supplier management.

• Advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to analyse large volumes of data systematically and derive actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and procurement processes, particularly tender and contract management.

• A structured, analytical and self-driven approach to work, combined with strong teamwork and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills, intercultural awareness and the ability to work professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
