Key Responsibilities
• Recommend spa treatments and packages tailored to client needs
• Guide clients through service options professionally
• Track and monitor weekly and monthly sales metrics
• Maintain organized follow-up to encourage repeat visits
• Support team members in achieving individual and group sales targets
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, or spa services
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, goal-oriented, and confident in client-facing interactions
Compensation
• 3000 USD monthly base
• Plus commission
• Independent Contractor (1099)
