A Day in the Life of a Project Manager

Do you thrive on seeing a project through from idea to completion? Are you energized by building relationships, brainstorming solutions, and driving results? If so, you'll love being a Project Manager at Granger.As a Project Manager, you will:

• Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and work closely with internal teams like accounting, design, and estimating.
• Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and problem-solve to keep projects on track.
• Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.
• Represent Granger's values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions.

What You Bring to the Team

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive mindset with the tenacity to solve challenges and meet deadlines.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• A knack for learning and adapting to new construction management tools.
