Cerebras Systems builds the world's largest AI chip, 56 times larger than GPUs. This architecture allows Cerebras to deliver industry-leading training and inference speeds; over 10 times faster than GPU-based hyperscale cloud inference services.
This order of magnitude increase in speed is transforming the user experience of AI applications, unlocking real-time iteration and increasing intelligence via additional agentic computation.
Cerebras works with the leading model labs, global enterprises, and cutting-edge AI-native startups. OpenAI recently announced a multi-year partnership with Cerebras, to deploy 750 megawatts of scale, transforming key workloads with ultra high-speed inference.
About the role
The Sr. Systems Administrator is the hands-on operational owner of ERP and adjacent enterprise applications within the Business Intelligence and Systems (BIS) team. This role sits in Application Operations and provides shared support across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Data Center Operations, Legal, People and GTM as the application portfolio grows.
You will keep production systems healthy, resolve user issues, administer access and controls, validate releases and take ownership of new capabilities after delivery. NetSuite is the core platform; the role also supports applications such as Ironclad and Salesforce. Success requires practical administration, strong Finance and Supply Chain knowledge, clear communication and an automation-first mindset.
How the role works within BIS
The administrator owns application operations, support, access execution, minor configuration and operational readiness. The administrator remains accountable for support coordination through resolution. Security and SOX controls, data accuracy, testing and supportability are shared responsibilities; business owners retain policy and approval decisions.
What you will do
ERP administration and production support
• Own day-to-day administration and production support for NetSuite and assigned enterprise applications, including stuck transactions, workflow failures and user-access issues.
• Manage application provisioning, role changes and deprovisioning with IT and Security; enforce approved least-privilege access and retain evidence.
• Diagnose process, data, configuration, script and integration issues; restore service safely, communicate impact and validate the business outcome with users before closing tickets.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close and critical procurement, receiving, warehouse and manufacturing operations.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, workflows, exceptions and application health; follow recovery runbooks and escalate engineering defects with logs and reproducible evidence.
• Own support-queue triage, severity, service levels, escalations and root-cause follow-up; identify repeat incidents and track permanent fixes.
• Coordinate vendor releases, sandbox refreshes, regression validation, deployment readiness and post-release checks with engineers and business testers.
• Maintain application inventories, configuration records, support runbooks and knowledge articles; learn new production capabilities and accept documented support handoffs.
Configuration and optimization
• Configure roles, forms, fields, saved searches, reports, dashboards, approval rules and workflows using approved standards.
• Deliver approved minor enhancements and scoped workflow or script fixes through testing, review, approval and controlled deployment; escalate larger changes to engineering.
• Use ticket patterns to propose automation, self-service and preventive controls; partner with BSAs and engineers to prioritize, deliver and support improvements.
• Perform approved data corrections and imports with validation and reconciliation; support master-data controls while business owners retain data definitions and approvals.
• Evaluate relevant platform features for operational value, reliability and support effort, and bring recommendations into the BIS backlog.
Business partnership and adoption
• Partner with business users, BSAs, ERP and AI engineers, IT, Security and implementation partners across the application portfolio.
• Clarify the business outcome and acceptance criteria for support and minor enhancements; route process redesign and roadmap requests to the appropriate BSA.
• Execute regression tests, triage defects and support UAT; business process owners retain acceptance and sign-off.
• Train users, improve support documentation and coordinate knowledge transfer from partners and engineers before go-live and during hypercare.
• Work in the SEC-BIS backlog and two-week sprints, with Tuesday grooming and daily standups; make support demand, blockers and partner progress visible.
Governance SOX and access controls
• Execute assigned SOX ITGC and application controls; maintain accurate, timely evidence and support auditor requests with control owners.
• Coordinate quarterly access certifications and privileged-access reviews; implement approved role and segregation-of-duties remediation and track exceptions to closure.
• Maintain traceable change records, testing, approvals, deployment evidence and rollback plans; follow the approved emergency-change process when urgent recovery is needed.
• Support integration and job-monitoring controls, data completeness and accuracy checks and audit evidence retention; escalate control failures promptly.
Cross platform support
Administer assigned applications across the enterprise rather than limiting support to one ERP module. Relevant platforms include NetSuite, Ironclad, Salesforce, WMS, PLM, procurement, expense and People applications. Monitor connected services through Workato or comparable iPaaS platforms, inspect logs and API errors, and coordinate safe recovery with engineers and vendors. Prior experience with every named platform is not required.
AI and operational improvement
• Apply approved AI tools to troubleshooting, script explanation, test preparation, documentation and knowledge discovery; validate outputs and follow data-access and change controls.
• Identify automation candidates from production demand, learn newly delivered workflows and agents, and support their monitoring and escalation with engineering.
What we are looking for
• 6 or more years of ERP or enterprise-application administration, including at least 4 years of hands-on NetSuite administration.
• Demonstrated production ownership across both Finance and Supply Chain or Manufacturing, including incident triage, close support, operational transactions and release testing.
• Hands-on administration of at least one additional enterprise SaaS application, such as Ironclad, Salesforce, a WMS, PLM, procurement or HR platform; ability to learn new applications.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting integrations and jobs using Workato, Celigo, Boomi or comparable tools; working knowledge of APIs, logs, data imports and basic SQL or saved-search logic.
• Practical SOX experience executing access reviews, SOD remediation, change approvals, testing and evidence collection, including privileged access and emergency changes.
• Strong diagnostic, documentation and stakeholder communication skills; ability to manage a support queue, direct vendor follow-up and remain accountable through confirmed resolution.
• An automation-first mindset and practical ability to use or evaluate approved AI tools for support work, with human validation and respect for permissions and sensitive data.
Business process knowledge
• Finance processes including procure-to-pay, AP, AR, general ledger, close, fixed assets, revenue and financial reporting; ability to trace transaction and approval failures.
• Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes including purchasing, item receipts, inventory, transfer orders, fulfillment, returns, work orders and cycle counts; understanding of warehouse and 3PL or contract-manufacturer handoffs.
Nice to have
• NetSuite Administrator or other relevant enterprise-platform or ITIL certification.
• Experience building support knowledge bases, service metrics, automated regression checks or self-service capabilities in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting WMS, Arena PLM or other manufacturing applications and multi-location operations.
• Experience in AI, semiconductor or hardware businesses; familiarity with NetSuite MCP or other approved AI-assisted administration tools.
