This is a hands-on, operational role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position focuses on execution and employee support rather than strategic HR leadership.

- Execute and support the handling of employee complaints, reports, and investigations, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and escalation when necessary.
- Assist with disciplinary actions, corrective measures, and employee relations matters in coordination with the HR Lead.
- Issue employment verification letters and salary verification letters.
- Support employees with repayment-related inquiries and questions regarding W-2 forms.
- Support employees with job-protected leaves and workplace injury matters, coordinating the appropriate documentation and communication.

- Maintain organized records related to employee relations, investigations, leaves, and employment changes.
4. Payroll & Workforce Support
- Support payroll processes by reviewing timekeeping records and ensuring employee information is accurate.
- Respond to and support employee payroll inquiries, including questions regarding pay statements, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
- Coordinate employee status changes, leave tracking, and updates within HR systems.
- Execute and support employee time-off requests, ensuring appropriate tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including required documentation, employee status updates, and system changes.
- Assist with payroll-related compliance, including meal and rest break tracking.
5. Employee Engagement & People & Culture
- Execute and support People & Culture initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, retention, and a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in coordinating employee trainings, meetings, and internal HR communications.
