We Need You To Bring:
✔️ Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, social media, or medical industries (Southeast Asia/Europe/global markets a plus!).
✔️ Expertise in sourcing candidates across multiple channels and regions – creativity is key!
✔️ Sharp negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to decode client needs swiftly.
✔️ Comfort working remotely with a personal computer and stable internet – efficiency meets independence.
✔️ Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus!
