About Harry’s
Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.
Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.
We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.
The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!
This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Mammoth Brands is registered and able to employ individuals. About the Team
The Global Digital Team is responsible for the Digital sales channels for Harry’s and Flamingo Brands. We are a highly collaborative team that partners cross-functionally to maximize the customer experience on Amazon, Omnichannel Retail, and our own DTC sites while delivering customer and channel insights back to the brand teams. We are nimble, driven by an ownership mentality, and deeply committed to understanding and solving real customer needs. Our team continuously strives to improve, learn, and raise the bar for what great digital commerce can be.
About the Role
The Global Engagement team is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Global Engagement Associate to help bring Harry’s email and SMS campaigns to life across our DTC markets. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who is very comfortable working directly in Klaviyo, building campaigns, QA’ing details, managing lists and segments, and making sure every email and SMS is accurate, on brand, and ready to send.
You will help drive campaign development from brief to launch, partnering with the Global Engagement Lead, Creative, Brand, Digital Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to support product launches, seasonal moments, retention programs, winback campaigns, and always-on lifecycle communications. The work includes the detailed buildout that makes great engagement marketing possible, from setting up emails and SMS messages to coordinating assets, links, audiences, testing, approvals, and reporting.
This role is a strong fit for someone who likes being close to the tools and the customer experience, but also wants more ownership over the strategy and storytelling behind email and SMS. You should be excited to improve how campaigns are planned, built, documented, and measured, and to bring a thoughtful point of view on how owned channels can feel sharper, more useful, and more effective for customers.
What you will accomplish
- Build, QA, schedule, and launch email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, with a high bar for accuracy, formatting, links, segmentation, compliance, and customer experience.
- Own the day-to-day campaign development process, helping turn briefs, calendars, product priorities, and creative assets into clear, shippable owned-channel communications.
- Support the Harry’s global engagement calendar across key moments including product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional moments, retention initiatives, and winback efforts.
- Partner with the Global Engagement Lead and Brand Managers to translate business priorities into compelling email and SMS storytelling that is clear, customer-centered, and commercially effective.
- Coordinate closely with Creative, Brand, Digital Product, Analytics, Growth, CX, Legal, and other partners to keep campaigns moving and ensure the right inputs are gathered on time.
- Help improve the way we work by identifying opportunities to make campaign planning, buildout, QA, documentation, templates, and reporting more efficient and repeatable.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior, pulling insights from Klaviyo and analytics partners to understand what is working and where we should test or improve.
- Support lifecycle and flow updates as needed, including building and QA’ing triggered communications, testing personalization, and helping maintain a clean, high-quality customer journey.
This Should Describe You
- You are highly comfortable in CRM tools, ideally Klaviyo, and are energized by the detailed work of building, QA’ing, and launching emails and SMS messages.
- You have experience supporting email, SMS, CRM, lifecycle, retention, or ecommerce marketing campaigns, ideally for a consumer brand or subscription business.
- You are detail-oriented and operationally strong, with the patience to manage tedious buildout work and the judgment to know when small details materially affect the customer experience.
- You care about copy, storytelling, and how a message lands with a customer, not just whether a campaign gets out the door.
- You are curious about strategy and performance, and want to grow into more ownership of audience planning, testing, segmentation, and campaign recommendations over time.
- You are comfortable using data to understand campaign performance, spot trends, and suggest practical optimizations.
- You are a proactive communicator who can manage dependencies across teams, raise risks early, and keep work moving without needing every step prescribed.
- You are organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with global teammates across time zones, including reporting to a manager based in the UK.
- You are customer-centric, with a strong instinct for making owned-channel communications feel useful, clear, and worth engaging with.
