WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own Video Production from Concept Through Delivery
Manage video projects end to end, from pre-production and planning through production, post-production, and final delivery. Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, including shot lists, schedules, budgets, and resourcing.
Lead Production Planning and Creative Execution
Hire, brief, and manage directors, DPs, editors, motion designers, voiceover talent, and freelance crew. Produce a range of video formats, including interviews, product and technical explainers, event coverage, customer stories, and social-first content.
Manage Shoots and Production Logistics
Own shoot logistics, including scheduling, crew and vendor booking, call sheets, location scouting and securing, permits, and equipment rentals. Coordinate travel and accommodations for out-of-town shoots, run shoot days, keep production on schedule, and solve challenges in real time.
Oversee Post-Production and Final Deliverables
Guide post-production across edit reviews, motion graphics, sound design, color, captioning, and versioning for multiple channels and aspect ratios. Ensure final content is polished, technically credible, and aligned with creative direction.
Build Strong Stakeholder and Vendor Partnerships
Serve as the day-to-day production contact for AWS stakeholders, leading review rounds and consolidating feedback. Build and maintain a trusted network of freelance crew and vendors across markets to support high-quality production.
Maintain Production Quality and Operational Excellence
Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with AWS brand, legal, and accessibility standards. Track budgets, vendor contracts, and talent releases while maintaining organized asset management, file naming, and archiving.
Anticipate Risks and Improve Production Workflows
Flag scope, timeline, and budget risks early, bringing forward practical solutions to keep projects on track. Contribute to production workflows and best practices as the studio grows and scales.
