WHAT YOU'LL EARN

- Average $75,500 to $92,700 a year, roughly $1,450 to $1,780 a week (my math from the yearly range), paid weekly

- Mileage pay plus stop pay

- Shift differentials for p.m. and weekend shifts

- $50 a week safety and performance bonus

- Quarterly retention bonus of $0.02 per mile, adding about $1,950 to $2,000 a year

THE SCHEDULE

You're home every day and work 5 days a week with consecutive days off. Several schedule options are available, so you can pick the one that fits your life.

THE FREIGHT

Retail store product in dry vans. About 90% of loads are drop and hook, and every load is no-touch, so no loading, no unloading and very little waiting.

WHAT YOU NEED

- Valid Class A CDL

- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years

- 22 years or older

- An active profile in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse
