Our Employee Referral Program is designed to encourage Hedvigers to recommend talented individuals from their personal or professional networks who they genuinely believe would be a great fit for Hedvig.

A referral should be based on some level of personal or professional knowledge of the candidate, allowing the referring employee to explain why they believe the person would be suitable for the role.

Simply sharing job openings in external communities or forwarding CVs from individuals you do not know does not qualify as an employee referral under the program.

We encourage everyone to share our job opportunities within their networks and communities. However, candidates identified through general job postings or open calls should apply directly through our careers page.

The purpose of our referral program is to encourage meaningful recommendations, not simply to generate additional applications.

You can earn 10,000 SEK (gross) per successful referral, 5,000 SEK paid on the employee’s start date, and the remaining 5,000 SEK paid after successful completion of the probation period. Roles applicable:

• Senior Product Designer.

How do I give a referral?

• Talk to the candidate that you have in mind. Tell them about Hedvig, why they should join the only loved insurance company in Sweden (in the world?)

• Use our referral registration form to submit your candidate.

*Note: You cannot submit you referral in any other way

Exemptions from the program

• Managers recruiting for their own teams will not receive a referral bonus.

• Unit leads will not receive a referral bonus.
