Position Title: Curriculum Developer (Active Secret Clearance Required)

Requirements

• Possess Active SECRET level Security Clearance.

Position Summary: The Curriculum Developer keep designs, develops and delivers curriculum in in-person, online and blended formats. Serves as the team's resource on instructional systems design (ISD) best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver curriculum to support program training needs
• Build in-person, online and blended learning, and choose the right learning technology for each audience
• Review and assess existing education and training courses, and recommend improvements
• Instruct and advise personnel on ISD best practices
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools that measure learning outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• S. citizenship.
• Maintain an Active SECRET clearance.
• Minimum 4 years of curriculum development or instructional design experience
• Experience with ADDIE or similar ISD models
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate)

 

Education

• Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of equivalent experience
