MPower Direct is growing our Chicago team! We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to learn new skills.

No previous sales experience or college degree is required. We provide the training, coaching, and support. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, a student mentality, and a willingness to learn!

Position Details

• Full-time, in-person position

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Chicago, IL

• Having a reliable vehicle is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Meet and connect with homeowners in assigned Chicago neighborhoods

• Introduce energy supplier options

• Answer questions and explain available programs

• Help interested customers through enrollment
• Work toward personal and team goals
