About Enlighten
At Enlighten, we believe AI should expand what people can take on. We build teams of AI agents alongside Fortune 500 companies so they can put their best thinking to work across the business. We want the people closest to the work to be able to ask hard questions and get answers they can trust. Our mission is to give every team the intelligence it needs to make decisions that shape the business.
About the role
You’ll lead Enlighten’s Insights practice and own senior client relationships. You’ll coach analysts, stay close to client work, and set the standard for what the team can deliver with AI agents and how it verifies the results.
What you'll do
- Lead the team's delivery, setting clear expectations for analytical quality, timeliness, and communication.
- Build a consistent rhythm of one-on-ones, feedback, and career development. Handle performance issues directly and fairly.
- Own senior client relationships, seek feedback early, and work through difficult conversations with clarity and judgment.
- Stay hands-on with client work: frame questions, guide methods, review findings, and contribute analysis where needed.
- Coach analysts on technical skills, business judgment, and presenting recommendations to clients.
- Help interview and hire analysts, matching team capacity and capabilities to client needs.
- Develop repeatable AI workflows for analysis and prototyping, with clear standards for checking the results.
- Build repeatable workflows that run multiple agents in parallel across analysis, prototyping, and review. Define the evaluation criteria, review steps, and evidence clients need before they act.
What you bring
- A strong track record in senior digital analytics roles, with experience managing analysts and taking responsibility for client delivery.
- The ability to balance team leadership with billable client work, including setting priorities when both need your attention.
- Confidence with senior stakeholders and the judgment to turn ambiguous business questions into measurement plans and useful recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 or Adobe Analytics, tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium, and well-designed event tracking and data layers.
- Strong SQL skills, experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift, and working proficiency in Python or R.
- Depth in at least one end-to-end analytics or machine learning platform, such as Databricks, Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric, Vertex AI, SageMaker, KNIME, or Alteryx. We value transferable expertise across platforms.
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Practical experience with experimentation, attribution, marketing mix modeling, conversion optimization, segmentation, cohorts, funnels, and customer lifetime value.
- Experience leading a team that uses AI agents for analytical work. You can build reusable workflows, set evaluation standards, and coach analysts to verify results and explain the evidence.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling an insights team, including delivery reviews and client feedback processes.
- Experience leading analysts embedded in client teams.
- Experience in restaurants, quick-service restaurants, retail, or other consumer businesses.
How we work
AI agents are core to how we get work done. You'll spend a substantial part of your day running multiple agents in parallel, building tools and workflows with them, and checking what they produce. You own the result. Verify the facts, calculations, code, and claims before they go into a decision, a customer conversation, or a release.
When working with clients, take initiative within the agreed goals, scope, access permissions, and review process. Bring options and recommendations, and involve the right people before changing a customer commitment or production workflow.
What success looks like
- Analysts have clear expectations, regular coaching, and meaningful development plans.
- Clients trust the team and have a senior leader accountable for delivery and analytical quality.
- AI helps the team produce useful, verified work more efficiently.
- The practice can take on more work while maintaining quality and supporting the people delivering it.
