Overview
To assist with daily operations in the Pre-Services Department. Meet and maintain departmental accuracy goals while maintaining any assigned worklists.Communicate with ancillary departments, physicians, insurances, and patients as needed. It is expected that all job functions are performed in a manner that promotes the highest level of compliance with various legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements while maintaining all protected health information in manner that complies with HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field from an accredited college or university preferred but not required.
Experience:
Prefer at least three to five years of healthcare experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required, Publisher and Access preferred.
