Service Account Manager

$70,000 – $80,000 a year - Office Full-time   Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Service Account Manager to join our Brandon branch. This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to grow their career in a dynamic construction and service environment.  This position is Monday-Friday, with flexibility required to support client needs.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities and grow Flynn's roofing service portfolio
• Conduct frequent client meetings, site visits, and presentations throughout Brandon and rural Manitoba 
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing service solutions
• Prepare estimates, proposals, takeoffs, and work orders
• Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with local operations and national account teams to support customer needs
• Attend networking, industry, and community events to build brand awareness and relationships
• Manage a flexible schedule that supports ongoing relationship-building and business development  

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience required
• Sales, account management, or business development experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend roofing service solutions
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, takeoffs, and work orders is considered an asset
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications is considered an asset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain client-required site security clearances
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
