Student - Office Assistant, Residence Life

Description

This position supports the Student Success & Engagement Office (VP/Dean of Students, Residence Life and Housing) with general office duties.

$8.00/hour

2026-27 Academic Year

Responsibilities

Primary Duties

1. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
2. Direct phone calls and walk-ins
3. Answer email accounts
4. Data entry

5. Work on special projects as assigned
6. Update website as directed

Secondary Duties

1. Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Experience Required

Microsoft Office Computer

Experience Preferred

Some Office Experience

Skills, Characteristics Required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Computer Software

Friendly Customer Service

Supportive of the Residence Life and Housing policies

Willingness to help where needed
