Job Summary: The butler is responsible for all aspects of the guests' care during their stay and will provide attentive personalized service according to internationally-approved standards. As a Butler, you will benefit from continued service training and play a key role in achieving our goal of providing our most elite guests with the highest professional standards in Butler Service, thus exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and inspecting guest suites and other areas that may be requested
• Ensuring that all procedures and responsibilities related to greeting/arrival are adhered to including property tours and VIP standards
• Attending pre and post shift meetings and department meetings as scheduled
• Working with other departments to ensure guest preferences are met
• Documenting required paperwork and pays strong attention to details when accommodating guests' needs
• Ensuring guest preferences and requests are noted and fulfilled

Qualifications:

• High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the Hospitality Industry
• Professional Butler certification is an advantage
• Valid Food Handler's Permit
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite of programmes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must pay keen attention to details and be proactive

Work Environment:

• Indoor/outdoor spaces in varying temperature
• May be required to work outside normal hours, on weekends, and public holidays
• Heavy guest interaction
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects
• Walking and standing for long hours
• Ability to bend, squat, sit, climb, reach, and kneel
