Civil Engineer

Overview

Apogee Engineering is looking for a Civil Engineer who provides senior-level civil engineering support for facility architecture and engineering projects, including site, structural, and infrastructure designs that support NASIC facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design civil infrastructure for facilities, including site layouts, grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Perform structural assessments and support design of foundations and structural elements as required.
• Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for civil engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure integrated facility designs.
• Prepare civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Support construction oversight and technical review activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCICertifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license required in civil engineering or closely related discipline.

Education / Years of Experience:

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in civil engineering or closely related functional area.
• Master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in facility and infrastructure civil engineering in DoD or similar environments.
